For the first digital seminar of 2024, we're excited to invite you to a conversation about Happiness and leadership, in the culture sector.
Guided by moderator Ida Nørgaard, we will ask, among others, what role happiness plays in leadership. In the last few years wellbeing has become a complex and sensitive topic in the arts. We can all agree that when we feel happy and well, we perform better at work. In this seminar we ask if happiness can be cultivated? What do you do if you, your team or your surroundings are miserable? What ultimately makes people happy?
