About the event
In this digital seminar, we invite a conversation around the concept of values and how they impact leadership and work models, from day to day decisions, to big-picture, visions and strategies.
Values form the foundation of who we are and our actions. In this seminar we will look at core values we might share in common and examine how they resonate with our professional life, what changes can they make to enable better alignment between values being met and reality? What potential do values unlock? Are values inherently benign or should we unpack them through a critical lens?
This event is moderated by Elena Stanciu (DYNAMO), with guest speaker Chrissie Faniadis. The discussion is designed as an interactive dialogue and a safe space, where everyone’s voice can be heard, in an atmosphere that fosters togetherness, despite physical distance.
