Emerging Leaders Workshop

This workshop is for mentorship project participants. Whilst being aware that young leaders are missing the opportunities to have practical work experience in wider range of organisations and that being involved in the actual organisations work and mentored by top level managers of the field, we acknowledge that this learning process needs to be followed by structured knowledge on general leadership and best practice learning and a peer-to-peer experience exchange and reflection.

The Workshop will be led by professionals of the field. In the workshop participants will gain theoretical knowledge of the best practices of the region and share their expectations and experiences of the participation process in the program.
