About the event
This workshop is aimed at the hosting organisations of the mentorship program in order to prepare for the mentorship experience. During a 3-day workshop participants will work to: identify the strengths of their own organisation, in order to understand the impact they might have on a macro-regional level and understand what to share with project participants learn best practices in good mentoring and feedback practices identifying challenges and risks for the organisation that can be caused by having a “visitor” in the organisation during 3 weeks, and proactively working on solutions for that.
