The NHLP  Vlog is a dynamic tool for the participants to reflect on different aspects of the strengths and challenges they experience during their stay with the Hosting organisations. By observing the best practices and methods of their mentors and reflecting on global use of these practices, the participants actively enter an open dialogue with their peers and their community. 

With clear guideline, this practice will not only encourage deeper reflection of participants, but will also be a
good base for the reflection and quality feedback for the hosting organisations. The Blog will widen access to the experience through digital media to unlimited range of young leaders looking for self-development in the field.
