The expert-fellow pairings are a core element of the project.

The 10 pairs will work as mentor-mentee for the 10 months of the programme. They are collaborating throughout the project, and sharing goals and objects for their participation. The fellows will travel to spend three weeks with their respective expert, in a shadowing experience. 

The fellows share details from their shadowing experience and collaboration with the expert in Blog posts and on social media channels.
