Lina B. Frank
Lina is a producer, curator, strategist and arts consultant based in Sweden & the UK working across Europe. She works mostly with Contemporary Circus, Cross-disciplinary Arts and Live Art. Lina is interested in how art can be used to facilitate democratic participation to challenge the status quo. Previously work history includes independent consultant for European Parliament and Co-Founding Director of Bristol Biennial Circus Festival, and BNCN coordinator (2017-2021). Lina is currently the Managing Director of Cirkus Syd.
IDA NØRGAARD
Ida has a background in law and juridical studies, and has been working with contemporary circus since 2017. Ida has been a part of DYNAMO since the early days of the organisation and has been working with financial administration, fundraising, and programming. Ida is currently the Producer at DYNAMO.
HEDDA CELANDER
Circus has been a part of Hedda’s life from an early age when she joined her local youth circus.
She moved on to study at Cirkus Cirkörs circus gymnasium in Stockholm, and then AFUK in Copenhagen. In 2020 she moved back to Sweden to study Art History and Visual Culture at Lund’s University. Hedda joined the Cirkus Syd team in 2022, and has been working with international projects, organizing of festivals, and circus training development.
Hedda is currently the P.A to the directors at Cirkus Syd
Elena Stanciu
Elena has a background in Communication and Cultural Studies, and has been working within the culture sector in Denmark for the past 7 years. Originally from Romania, Elena moved to Denmark to complete her Masters education in Odense, where she also started working in DYNAMO in 2019. Since then, she’s been wearing many hats in the organisation, among others as Social Media and communication planner, community coordinator, initiator and editor of DYNAMO Magazine, and coordinator of the biannual conference DYNAMO Circus Seminars. Elena is currently the Technical Producer at DYNAMO.
Mara Pavula
Programme Director
Rigas Cirks
Mara is Head of Strategic Development at Rigas cirks and also Director of Riga Circus School. After graduation of Master of International artistic cooperation in Paris in 2015 where she researched the strategies for contemporary circus development in Baltic states, Mara has returned to Latvia to work towards development of contemporary circus in Latvia, by producing events and regularly writing articles about circus for different media in Baltics and abroad.
Ieva Ozolina
Ieva is a project manager and producer, and she has been part of “Rigas cirks” since 2020, now mostly working with international projects. Cultural project manager and producer for more than 15 years, she has worked for different culture events and institutions in Latvia, France and Canada. Since 2013 she has been involved in the street arts and contemporary circus field in Latvia. She holds a Master Degree in Culture Development and Project Management from the Lumière University Lyon 2 (France) where she researched street art development in France and Latvia.
