​The New Horizons Leadership Program Handbook is a tool designed to help participants navigate the mentorship program. The handbook contains useful information and hands-on strategies for communication and professional development, as well as specific challenges and provocations that will invite the participant to explore and experiment with common issues associated with their work and their experience in NHLP-EU.
